Location and History
The Boleadora Group of properties is a large strategically located gold and silver exploration land package lying approximately 17 km southeast along strike from Newmont’s world-class 3.2M oz Cerro Negro mine area within the prolific Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
The Boleadora Group comprises 12 exploration licenses (55,000 hectares). The land package sits within the vicinity of multiple important mines and exploration projects, including Cerro Negro, San Jose, Virginia, and Bajo Pobre.
The project was acquired from Minera Kingsgate Argentina in 2016, and is 100% owned by Magna Terra through its wholly owned Argentine subsidiary.

Geology
Premier Geological Address: Strategically located in the prolific Deseado Massif, just 17km SE along strike from Newmont’s world-class 3.2 Moz Au Cerro Negro Mine.
On a Key Mineralizing Structure: Lies directly along the Margaritas-Boleadoras Corridor, a main NNW structural control identified as critical to mineralization at Cerro Negro that extends onto the Boleadora ground.
Favorable Host Geology: Underlain by extensive Jurassic volcanic sequences, including rhyolitic ignimbrites, which are favorable for hosting large low-sulphidation epithermal gold deposits.
Preserved Epithermal System: Surface exposures of chalcedonic silica veins and large silica sinters (up to 50 m x 50 m) indicate the preserved shallow levels of a low-sulphidation epithermal system, analogous to Cerro Negro (Newmont) and Cerro Vanguardia (Anglo Gold Ashanti) deposits.
De-risked by Newmont’s prior exploration. Between 2019 and 2024, Newmont completed extensive work including the collection of 233 rock-chip samples, 134 BLEG drainage samples, 526 TMG soil samples, and a hyperspectral survey.
- District-Scale Target Identified: Extensive exploration conducted by Newmont identified a large, high-priority exploration target area spanning 10 x 8 kilometers.
- Strong Geochemical Fingerprint: The large target zone shows strong anomalies of precious metals (Au, Ag) and associated pathfinder elements, including Arsenic (As), Antimony (Sb), Mercury (Hg), and Thallium (Tl).
- Cerro Negro-Style Epithermal System: The property sits on favorable Jurassic volcanic rocks. Chalcedonic silica veins and large silica sinter exposures (up to 50 x 50 meters) indicate the preserved shallow levels of a low-sulphidation epithermal system, similar in style to the nearby Cerro Negro deposit of Newmont.

Opportunity
100% available turnkey project. Following extensive work by a major mining company, Boleadora has been returned to Magna Terra and is now a fully available, district-scale asset ready for discovery.
- Full Ownership Control Returned to Magna Terra: After Newmont formally terminated its option agreement in April 2025, 100% control of the Boleadora Project reverted to Magna Terra Minerals and is now fully available for partnership.
- Value from Prior Investment: A new partner can directly capitalize on Newmont’s significant investment, which advanced the project from a greenfield concept to a de-risked asset with a portfolio of well-defined targets.
- Clean Ownership Structure: Free and clear of any existing underlying royalties, offering a straightforward and high-value proposition with maximum economic exposure to a discovery.
- Poised for Discovery Drilling: With foundational geological and geochemical work complete, Boleadora is now positioned for immediate follow-up and first-pass drilling on its highest-priority targets.
