About Magna Terra Minerals

Magna Terra Minerals is a publicly-listed mineral exploration company advancing its diversified portfolio of high-quality precious and critical metals projects through focused, disciplined execution.

The Company is focused on exploring five 100%-owned or controlled projects in Atlantic Canada: the Humber and Shellbird Projects in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as the Rocky Brook, Prospect Or’s Dream, and Cape Spencer Projects located in New Brunswick.

The Company has also created significant value through strong partnerships and monetizing parts of its portfolio to mitigate dilution while it advances its flagship projects. The Company expects to earn $12.9M from monetizing non-core assets during 2024-2029, with $5.4M in cash and share payments due 2026-2027.

We are:

  1. Value Driven: We believe the greatest value creation potential in the mining industry comes at the discovery stage.
  2. Diversified: Our portfolio is made up of highly-prospective exploration assets with scale in two top-tier mining jurisdictions – Atlantic Canada and Southern Argentina.
  3. Accomplished: We are a team of proven mining industry veterans – geologists, mining investors, and company builders, all with track records of value creation.
  4. Diligent: We are methodically building and delivering long-term value through applying systematic, modern exploration techniques and technologies.

Our Strategy: Discover. Delineate. Deliver.

Magna Terra Minerals’ value creation strategy encompasses four key principles:

  1. Strategic Locale: We focus on regions with favorable geology, infrastructure, and supportive political climates.
  2. Expertise and Technology: We employ superior prospecting skills and modern technologies to identify economically viable projects that can be developed into mines.
  3. Value-Adding Partnerships: We form mutually beneficial partnerships to position projects for JVs or offtake agreements to generate cash, reduce dilution, drive liquidity, and accelerate growth.
  4. Leverage our Skilled Team: We draw on our history of discovering and developing projects where value can be rapidly built by the team or through partners. This helps the Company reduce shareholder dilution, increase capitalization, and accelerate growth.
